SaaS-Savvy Content Marketing Strategist

We're looking for an experienced content marketing strategist to work with our international SaaS, Subscription, & Tech customers.

Your new role in a nutshell 🥜

🚀 You’ll work in one of our growth marketing teams to plan, produce, distribute, and optimize written content for 3-4 of our international customers (who happen to be awesome B2B SaaS, tech, and subscription companies).

🚀 You’ll contribute to building research-based growth marketing strategies in close collaboration with our growth marketers, paid acquisition specialists, and your customers.

🚀 You’ll take part in running your customers’ daily marketing operations according to our agile marketing model. 

🚀 You’ll continuously develop your own skills and knowledge, as well as our ways of working. You’ll also proactively share your learnings with the rest of the team.

What we expect from you

⭐️ This is a senior position that requires several years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably from an agency or a startup/scaleup. That means we're looking for experience in planning and producing written marketing content in English. This can entail anything from blog posts to website and email copy and from social media posts to customer case studies.

✨ Experience in B2B marketing, an understanding of different business models & commercial strategies, and the ability to make content marketing recommendations based on your clients’ business strategy and goals.

✨ The ability to conduct customer research, run workshops, interview subject matter experts, and use those inputs to create actionable content marketing strategies and compelling content that helps your customers reach their marketing goals.

✨ An interest in marketing analytics and reporting.

✨ Great project management, organizational, and people skills ⁠— everyone is responsible for their own work and customer communications.

✨ Flawless written English. You don't have to be a native speaker, but the written English you produce must be of high quality.

😍 A proven ability to produce research-based long-form content that’s optimized for search and conversions.

😍 The ability to convert your customers’ business and marketing goals into tactical metrics, and continuously analyze and report on the results so that your customers always have a clear understanding of what’s working, what isn’t, why you think that is, and what you think they should focus on next.

😍 Experience in using HubSpot.

Additional information

💰 Your monthly salary will be based on your experience and skills. Our content marketing strategists usually get paid between 4000 and 4500€ a month.

⏰ We plan to hire a new team member for this position as soon as we find someone suitable.

📌 Our office is located in Malmi, Helsinki. At the moment we do, however, work almost 100% remotely (due to covid-19). Under normal circumstances, we would love it if you could visit the office and your customers every now and then, but there are no rules about how often that should be happening.

🤩 The recruitment process usually consists of 2-3 interview rounds, a homework assignment, and a meeting with your future team.
